If you have a previous Certificate of Identity, you may be eligible to renew it online. 
 

Effective April 27, 2026, CI operate on the following schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
🕗 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📦 Pickup available at 1:00 PM

Please plan accordingly to ensure timely service and pickups. Thank you!

ELIGIBILITY

  1. 18 years or older
     

  2. Applied for CI between the years of 2020-2026
     

  3. Applicants has to be on island and be able to pick up his/her CI with proof of Identification
     

  4. Two Business days to process the application
     

  5. $100 CI Fee is non-refundable 
     

  6. Applicants must provide either a passport receipt or a State Department response letter as part of the application requirements.
