US NATIONAL / CITIZEN

VISITOR PERMIT

Apply at least 72 hours in advance, not including weekends and holidays. Requirements vary depending on your country of citizenship.

RESIDENCY PERMIT

To reside in American Samoa, an eligible sponsor must petition on your behalf, based on either a work or familial relationship.  

CI RENEWAL

This application form is only for 18 years or older requesting renewal of CI between 2020-2026
