Application Process

Submit Copies of the following documents:

  1. Copy of valid passport;

  2. Copy of  Immigration ID issued by the American Samoa Government;

  3. Copy of itinerary or ticket.

Fees:

  1. OK Board fee - $50 USD (non-refundable)

NOTE: Only legal residents that can provide proof of  Immigration ID qualify.
