U.S. citizens, who do not reside in American Samoa, will need the following:

• A valid U.S. passport, travel document, or a certified birth certificate

• A round-trip ticket to your original point of departure, or proof of onward travel to another destination

• Proof of employment or official assignment in American Samoa

For military personnel and their dependents, be sure to bring:

• A valid military ID card

• Official military orders or leave authorization
